Job summary

Randstad Education in Kings Lynn is seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to support pupils with SEND, including ASC, ADHD, speech and language delays, and SEMH. You will work in a friendly school community delivering tailored learning support on a full-time, long-term basis.

Salary is GBP95–GBP110 per day, paid weekly. The role offers collaboration with the SENCO and class teachers to adapt plans and promote inclusion, accessibility, and pupil progress.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting SEND pupils in a primary setting.
• DBS clearance or willingness to obtain/renew.

Responsibilities

• One-to-One and small group learning support for SEN pupils.
• Behaviour and sensory regulation through breaks and routines.
• Promote independence in communication, resilience and confidence.
• Collaborate with SENCO and teachers to adapt plans.
• Foster inclusion by adapting materials for accessibility.
