Job summary

• Previous experience in SEN is not compulsory, but beneficial.
• You must be passionate about education.
• Ability to think on the spot and respond to situations quickly.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one or small group support for students with SEN.
• Assist with development and delivery of individual learning plans.
• Support students in academic and social settings, promoting independence and confidence.
• Foster an inclusive classroom environment and support diverse learning needs.
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to ensure best outcomes for students.
• Monitor and track student progress, providing feedback to the teaching team.
• Assist with classroom management and maintain a positive atmosphere.
• Support use of equipment and resources to aid learning.
• Work with parents and outside agencies for holistic student support.
