INDTA is recruiting Unqualified Teaching Assistants (Level 3) for a fantastic SEN school in Bexley. The role is full-time, long-term with ASAP start, supporting pupils aged 2-19 with diverse needs. You will work 1:1 and in small groups to help students engage and learn in a high-quality SEN environment.

The school offers specialist training and professional development, with excellent support from experienced staff and a nurturing, well-resourced setting.

Qualifications

• Provide 1:1 and small-group support to pupils with SEN.
• Support pupils with Autism, complex needs and challenging behaviour.
• Maintain a calm, structured and nurturing classroom.
• Flexible, patient approach to individual needs.

Responsibilities

• Support pupils with SEN in daily routines and activities.
• Collaborate with teachers and SEN professionals to implement strategies.
• Help with personal care and daily routines where required.
