SEN Teaching Assistant

Location: Leicester

Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience

Contract Type: Full Time, Part Time, Flexible Supply

Are you passionate about supporting children with special educational needs and helping them thrive in an inclusive learning environment? We are looking for a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join our welcoming and supportive team in Leicester.

Your Role:

  1. Supporting children with educational needs in both 1:1 and group settings.
  2. Assisting in the delivery of the curriculum to help prepare students for real-life skills.
  3. Contributing to a positive, structured, and inclusive learning environment.
  4. Adapting resources and strategies to meet individual needs by creating a sensory-rich environment.
  5. Building strong relationships with children based on trust.
