Monarch Education is partnering with a primary academy located in the M9 area of Manchester to recruit a number of SEND Teaching Assistants across EYFS to Year 6, with an immediate start.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one and group support to students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), global developmental delays, and Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.
• Collaborate with teachers and support staff to ensure a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Foster a safe and supportive classroom atmosphere that promotes positive social interactions and emotional regulation.
