We are a specialist provision working with children and young people who experience social, emotional, and mental health (SEMH) challenges, providing tailored support to help them thrive in education and beyond.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build positive, trusting relationships with pupils to support emotional wellbeing and behaviour.

• Work one-to-one or in small groups, delivering structured interventions.

• Support students in accessing learning and reintegration into mainstream or specialist settings.

• Collaborate with teaching staff, external agencies, and families to provide holistic support.

• Promote a safe, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment.
