SEN Teaching Assistant - Market Harborough
Location: Market Harborough
Start Date: September 2025
Pay: 95- 100 per day (depending on experience)
Hours: Full-Time

Aspire People are currently working with a fantastic school in Market Harborough, and we're looking for a caring, experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team in September 2025.

This is a full-time role and a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about supporting students with additional needs and wants to play an active role in helping them succeed.

About the Role:
In this role, you'll be supporting pupils with special educational needs-helping them to engage with their learning, boosting their confidence, and providing the personalised support they need to thrive. You'll work closely with teachers and other staff to ensure every child has the opportunity to reach their potential.

What You'll Need:
Previous experience working in a UK school setting (essential)

A strong background supporting children with SEN

A DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one

A compassionate, flexible, and resilient attitude

Excellent teamwork and communication skills

What We Provide:
Daily pay between 95 and 100, depending on experience

Dedicated consultant support throughout your placement
