Salary: £22,500-£24,500 (Actual Salary - 39 Weeks a Year, dependent on experience)

A Good SEND School in Hoddesdon, Hertfordshire, is seeking 3 SEN Teaching Assistants to join from September 2025. These are full-time, permanent positions directly employed by the school.

Job Description

• Assist in supporting students with SEN
• Work with small class sizes, including 1:1 and small group support
• Inspire and motivate students
• Start date: September 2025

Person Specification

• Experience working with students with SEN in a school, youth work, or care setting
• Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to support student progress
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with teachers and parents
