SEN Teaching Assistant Ashford, Kent
Daily Rate: £88.94 Full-Time Term-Time Only

We re looking for a caring, curious, and patient SEN Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming school in Ashford, Kent, where every child is seen, heard, and supported to thrive in their own unique way.

A role with heart and purpose

You ll be working closely with pupils who need a little extra help children with autism, ADHD, communication differences, or learning challenges. Drawing on your early years experience, you ll bring a nurturing touch, creative problem-solving, and a sense of fun to the classroom.

One day might involve sensory play to support focus, another might be about helping a child find their voice sometimes literally. Every day, you ll be someone s safe person. Their steady hand. Their cheerleader.
