Job description

SEN Teaching Assistant Primary and Secondary

Pay Scale: £90- 100 per day depending on experience

ASAP START DATE

Full Time and Supply options available

Monday to Friday 8:45am-3:15pm

Term Time Only

Will become Permanent for the right candidate

To be considered for this role, you will:

  • Has knowledge and understanding of the following SEN Requirements: Physical Disabilities, Personal Care, Learning Difficulties, SEMH, Autism, PDA, ADHD and Looked After Children.
  • Have experience of working in an Education or Support Role
  • Have an Understanding of the National Curriculum
  • Be a dedicated SEND TA who can provide outstanding support either in a long or short term role
  • Demonstrate excellent behaviour management strategies and classroom management skills.
  • Be dedicated to providing an inclusive education for all students and being responsible for student development and academic performance.
  • Be supportive and respectful of the school s ethos.
