Job summary

Teaching Personnel Ltd. is seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant in Lancaster (LA3) for a full-time January 2027 start. You will support a pupil with additional needs daily, helping them access learning, build confidence and progress academically and socially.

You will collaborate with the class teacher and SENCO to deliver tailored support in the classroom. The role involves classroom-based support, delivering targeted interventions and adapting activities to meet the pupil’s needs,
