A dedicated educational organization is seeking a SEN Teaching Assistant in Tower Hamlets to support students with special educational needs. This position involves working closely with educators to ensure every student receives a high-quality educational experience. Responsibilities include aiding students with SEMH needs, contributing to a collaborative learning environment, and participating in ongoing professional development. The role offers a salary of £80 - £100 per day, with working hours from 08:30 AM to 03:45 PM, Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a SEN Teaching Assistant or in a similar role is preferred.
• Strong understanding of SEN, safeguarding, and child protection practices is essential.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide focused assistance to students with SEMH needs.
• Aid students across Key Stages 1 and 2.
• Create an inclusive and supportive learning atmosphere.
• Work closely with teachers to implement support plans.
