Our inclusive primary school in Richmond is seeking an enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant to join a supportive team and make a positive difference.
Role Overview: In this role, you will work closely with the class teacher and other support staff to provide tailored assistance to students with SEND.
You’ll play a vital role in helping students overcome challenges and reach their full potential.
Key Responsibilities: Provide one-to-one and small group support for students with SEND.
Assist in the preparation and delivery of differentiated learning materials.
Foster an inclusive, nurturing classroom environment.
Support students with personal care and mobility needs, where required.
Monitor and record student progress, sharing insights with staff and families.
Build strong relationships with students to foster confidence and engagement.
