Salary: £460-£500 per week

2. Passion for Mental Health: A strong interest in mental health and working with students with SEMH (Social, Emotional, and Mental Health) needs.
3. Understanding of SEN: A commitment to understanding and addressing the unique learning and behavioural needs in an SEN setting.
4. Local Candidate: Ideally located within a commutable distance to Ware.
