What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience supportingSEN pupils, particularly withADHD, ASD, Cerebral Palsy, GDD, MLD, and SALT.
Knowledge ofEHCPsand ability to implement tailored support strategies.
Patience, adaptability, and a nurturing approach to help children thrive.
Relevant qualifications (e.g., CACHE, Level 2/3 TA, or equivalent) are desirable but not essential.
