Teaching Personnel is seeking qualified and experienced SEN Teaching Assistants to support primary-aged pupils with complex needs, including Autism, across South East London. This immediate-start, temporary role offers an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of young learners, while working alongside dedicated professionals who prioritise care, inclusivity, and tailored support.
We are looking for individuals who are patient, adaptable and resilient—able to build trusting relationships and support children with diverse additional needs in the classroom. You’ll be expected to work closely with teaching staff, contribute to EHCP targets, manage challenging behaviour appropriately, and provide consistent, nurturing support on a daily basis.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
