Job summary

Trinity Academy, part of the Future Academies Trust, is seeking a committed SEN Teaching Assistant to support pupils with Special Educational Needs, helping them access the curriculum and develop independence within an inclusive school community.

You will work with the SENCO and teaching staff to adapt support strategies, implement learning plans, and contribute to interventions and classroom activities, fostering engagement and progress.

Responsibilities

• Support students with SEN to access learning and develop confidence.
• Help implement learning plans and delivery of targeted interventions.
• Assist with preparation of learning resources and monitoring student progress.
• Build positive relationships with students, staff, parents and external professionals.
