Qualifications

• Experience supporting children or young people with SEND or similar care background.
• Exceptional patience, emotional resilience and empathy.
• Compliance: Enhanced DBS with Update Service or ready to process.

Responsibilities

• Specialist pupil support across daily interactive lessons and curriculum tasks.
• Create engaging and creative learning spaces to ensure progress.
• Support communication methods, emotional well-being and social interaction strategies.
• Assist with pastoral care and daily routines with warmth and dignity.
• Collaborate with teachers, multi-agency professionals and families to support holistic development.
