SEN Teaching Assistant

Location: Hinckley
Salary: Competitive, dependant on salary
Contract Type: Full Time, Part Time, Flexible Supply

Are you passionate about supporting children with special educational needs and helping them thrive in an inclusive learning environment? We are looking for a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join our welcoming and supportive team in Northampton.

Your Role:

  • Supporting with educational needs in both a 1:1 and group setting
  • Helping to support the delivery of the curriculum to help prepare students for real life skills
  • Contribute to a positive, structured, and inclusive learning environment
  • Adapt resources and strategies to meet individual needs by creating a sensory rich environment
  • Build strong relationships with children based on trust

  • Experience working with children with SEN (school-based or alternative settings)
