SEN Teaching Assistant - Full-time or Part-time - Hillingdon - September Start

Are you passionate about supporting children with special educational needs and looking for a fulfilling role from September 2025? Tradewind is working closely with a number of well-respected primary schools across the Hillingdon borough who will be looking to welcome experienced and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistants for the new academic year.

These roles vary from supporting children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD, speech and language difficulties, and other additional learning needs - either on a 1:1 basis or within small groups.

About the roles:

• Start: September 2025

• Positions: Full-time or part-time (term-time only)

• Locations: Mainstream and specialist primary settings across Hillingdon

• Duration: Full academic year with potential for extension or permanent roles

What we're looking for:

• Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant or Learning Support Assistant

• Experience supporting children with SEN, especially ASD, speech & language or SEMH needs

• A calm, patient and adaptable approach to learning support

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team
