Protocol Education Limited is seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to support students with a range of special educational needs in a welcoming school environment. The role involves 1:1 and small group support, assisting teachers with differentiated lessons and helping pupils access learning.

The ideal candidate demonstrates patience, empathy and strong communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, staff and parents.

Are you passionate about supporting young people with additional needs and helping them achieve their full potential? We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming and inclusive school on a full-time basis.

In this rewarding role, you will work closely with students with a range of special educational needs, providing targeted support both inside and outside the classroom. You will play a key role in helping pupils access learning, build confidence and develop positive relationships across the school community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 and small group support to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
• Assist teachers in delivering engaging and differentiated lessons.
• Support pupils with academic, social and emotional development.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
