Job summary

Prospero Teaching is seeking a caring SEN Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming school in Ashford, Surrey from September 2026. You will support pupils with varied needs and help them access learning in a safe, inclusive environment.

This full-time role offers a consistent 8:00am–4:00pm schedule, competitive daily pay (£95–£130 depending on experience), and ongoing opportunities for professional development.

Responsibilities

• Support pupils with SEN including Autism, ADHD, speech and language needs, and SEMH.
• Work with the class teacher and SENCO to deliver tailored learning support.
• Provide one-to-one and small group interventions.
• Encourage pupil independence, confidence and engagement in learning.
• Help create a safe, inclusive and positive classroom environment.
