Job summary

Vision for Education Ltd in Coventry is recruiting a Support Worker / Care Assistant to join our SEN Teaching Assistant supply team from October 2026. You will support children aged 2-11 with complex needs across SEND schools on a flexible, day-to-day basis.

Join our supply register with options to move into long-term, part-time or full-time roles. Flexible hours and ongoing SEND training are available, with support from a dedicated consultant to help you progress.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience in care, support or healthcare roles.

Responsibilities

• Support pupils 1:1 or in small groups.
• Encourage learning, communication and independence.
• Assist with personal care, feeding and mobility where required.
• Work closely with teachers and other professionals.
