Qualifications

• Previous SEN experience is essential.
• Experience supporting pupils with additional learning needs, behavioural needs or disabilities.
• A patient, proactive and consistent approach to supporting pupils.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• The ability to adapt support to meet individual pupil needs.
• Relevant SEN or education qualifications are desirable.
