Job summary

Revolve Collective Limited is seeking SEN Teaching Assistants to support pupils in mainstream schools across Nottingham and Nottinghamshire. The role focuses on helping pupils access learning and routine within their school environment.

You will work with teachers and SENCOs to implement strategies, adapt instructions, and monitor progress. Previous SEN/SEND experience, autism, ADHD, or SEMH exposure is helpful.

Qualifications

• Experience with SEN/SEND, including autism, ADHD or SEMH, is relevant.
• Experience in residential care or youth-work may be useful.
• Explain your direct experience of SEN/SEND, the age groups involved and any communication or behaviour-support approaches you have used.

Responsibilities

• Break instructions into manageable steps.
• Follow strategies agreed with the teacher and SENCO.
• Help pupils participate while developing independence.
• Record relevant observations and communicate concerns promptly.
