Job summary

Trinity Academy, part of the Future Academies Trust in Brixton, South London, seeks a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to support students with a range of additional needs. You will work with the SENCO and teaching staff to promote inclusion, independence and engagement in the curriculum.

You will assist with learning plans, adapt strategies as needed, and foster positive relationships with students, families and external professionals to support academic progress and personal development.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting students with SEN
• Demonstrated commitment to inclusive education

Responsibilities

• Support students with SEN in and out of the classroom
• Assist with delivery of learning plans and targeted interventions
• Collaborate with the SENCO, teaching staff and wider Academy team
• Monitor student progress and contribute to resource preparation
