A leading educational support agency in London seeks a Teaching Assistant to support students with complex physical and learning needs. The ideal candidate will have a background in art, dance, or similar fields and be available full-time, Monday to Friday during term time. We’re working with a brilliant specialist school in South West London that supports children with complex physical and learning needs. They’re on the lookout for Teaching Assistants who bring something extra to the table—whether that’s a background in art, drama, dance, music, or simply the imagination to see the world through a child’s eyes.

Supporting pupils with physical disabilities, medical needs, and complex learning profiles
Using creative tools and sensory strategies to help students engage and communicate
Assisting with personal care, physical support, and classroom routines
Collaborating with a warm, multidisciplinary team that celebrates every small win
Full-time availability, Monday to Friday (term time only)
Experience in a creative field (art, drama, music, dance, design) or working with children
A caring, imaginative approach with strong communication skills
Willingness to support personal care and mobility needs
Weekly PAYE pay (no umbrella fees!)
FREE CPD, including autism awareness, sensory integration, and Makaton

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
