They’re on the lookout for Teaching Assistants who bring something extra to the table—whether that’s a background in art, drama, dance, music, or simply the imagination to see the world through a child’s eyes.

What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Supporting pupils with physical disabilities, medical needs, and complex learning profiles

  • Using creative tools and sensory strategies to help students engage and communicate

  • Assisting with personal care, physical support, and classroom routines

  • Collaborating with a warm, multidisciplinary team that celebrates every small win

What We’re Looking For:
  • Full-time availability, Monday to Friday (term time only)

  • Experience in a creative field (art, drama, music, dance, design) or working with children

  • A caring, imaginative approach with strong communication skills

  • Willingness to support personal care and mobility needs
