Job summary

REESON Education is seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant for an experienced primary team in East London. The role supports pupils with complex learning needs, including PMLD/SLD, in a Zone 2 setting with excellent transport links.

You will join a busy team of 6 TAs and a teacher, work full-time,Monday to Friday, 08:30-16:00, and contribute to high standards of safeguarding and development. Ideal candidates have prior TA or care experience and a passion for helping students thrive.

Qualifications

• Experience as a teaching assistant or care worker.
• Comfortable supporting pupils with extra needs.
• Willing to undertake personal care tasks.
• Reliable, punctual and professional.

Responsibilities

• Assist students with complex medical, physical and cognitive needs.
• Support in a class with multiple teaching assistants.
• Contribute to a positive learning environment and safeguarding.
