Job summary

Aspire People is recruiting a full-time SEN Teaching Assistant to support pupils aged 8-19 with autism and severe learning difficulties at a specialist school in Headington, Oxford. This role starts in September 2026 and offers a rewarding environment within a structured autism-specific setting.

You will work alongside teachers, therapists, and support staff to deliver tailored learning and emotional support throughout the school day, helping learners achieve their personal and educational goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in SEN or autism support preferred.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Able to build positive relationships with pupils and staff.
• Willing to learn and adapt in a specialist environment.

Responsibilities

• Support learning in the classroom alongside teachers and therapists.
