Are you a caring and committed individual with experience supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN)?

Do you have a background working one-to-one or in small groups with children who require additional support?

We are currently recruiting enthusiastic and experienced SEN Teaching Assistants to join a range of welcoming and inclusive mainstream primary schools in Hillingdon from September 2025. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of children with additional needs.

Key Details:

• Location: Primary schools across Hillingdon, West London
• Start Date: September 2025
• Role Type: Full-time and part-time opportunities available
• Daily Pay: £88 - 105 (depending on experience)
• Requirements:
• Previous experience working with children (SEN experience desirable)
• Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)
• A genuine passion for working with children with SEN
  
  
  

Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 or small group support to pupils with SEN needs
• Work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs)
• Adapt learning materials and activities to support a range of learning styles and abilities
• Foster a nurturing and inclusive learning environment
• Support pupils' emotional and social development
• Collaborate with external professionals and staff to support each child's progress
