Job summary
Randstad Education is looking to hire a Teaching Assistant to support SEN learners aged 5-16 in a welcoming and inspiring school located in Shere, United Kingdom. This is a permanent, term-time role offering flexible working hours from Monday to Friday, 08:30-16:30. Successful candidates will help create a supportive environment for children with moderate to severe learning difficulties, including Autism and PMLD. The position includes excellent pay rates, extensive training, and clear progression opportunities.
Qualifications
Relevant experience or knowledge of working with children or young people.
Any experience level will be considered, direct SEN experience is not essential.
Eligibility to work in the UK.
Responsibilities
Supporting KS1-KS5 SEN learners on a 1:1, small group, and classroom basis.
Communicating with parents and carers over pupils' progress.
