Job summary

Randstad Education is looking to hire a Teaching Assistant to support SEN learners aged 5-16 in a welcoming and inspiring school located in Shere, United Kingdom. This is a permanent, term-time role offering flexible working hours from Monday to Friday, 08:30-16:30. Successful candidates will help create a supportive environment for children with moderate to severe learning difficulties, including Autism and PMLD. The position includes excellent pay rates, extensive training, and clear progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience or knowledge of working with children or young people.
• Any experience level will be considered, direct SEN experience is not essential.
• Eligibility to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Supporting KS1-KS5 SEN learners on a 1:1, small group, and classroom basis.
• Communicating with parents and carers over pupils' progress.
