Job summary

A local award-winning school in Horsham seeks a 1:1 Teaching Assistant to support SEN learners aged 5-16. The position is permanent, term-time, working Monday to Friday from 08:30-16:30. Qualifications

• Relevant experience or knowledge of working with children or young people.
• Direct SEN experience is not essential but preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supporting KS1-KS5 SEN learners on a 1:1, small group, and classroom basis.
• Communicating with parents and carers over pupils' progress.
