Prospero Teaching is seeking to appoint a dedicated Learning Support Assistant (LSA) into a lovely primary school near Winchester. We are also looking for two fantastic 1:1 LSAs to work in excellent primary schools slightly north of Winchester. As a Teaching Assistant, you will:

• Assist teachers in planning and delivering lessons.
• Provide one-on-one or small group support to students.
• Help manage classroom behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment.
• Support students with special educational needs.
• Prepare classroom materials and resources.
• Assist with administrative tasks as needed.
• Foster a safe and inclusive environment for all students.

About you:

• Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant/LSA or in a similar role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• A passion for working with children and supporting their educational development.
• Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude.
• Relevant qualifications or training in education or childcare are desirable.

Hours: 8:30am - 3:15pm (hours may vary)

Essential & Desirable Qualifications/Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar role is desirable.
• Relevant qualifications or training in education or childcare are desirable.
