• The school is looking for a SEN Teaching assistant to assist with the general day-to-day running of the classroom.
• As a vital part of the school’s staff, Teaching Assistants will be able to support pupils across the curriculum.

• The school provides a broad and balanced curriculum that offers stimulating opportunities appropriate to the needs of its students, helping students to work towards excellence.
• The school has a team of experienced therapists to work alongside Teachers, assistants and care staff.
• The school does their upmost to ensure that their students are happy and well looked after, making sure their emotional needs are met as it is just as important as their physical requirements.

To be considered for the role of SEN Teaching Assistant you will:

• Be flexible, availability from 8:15am – 4:00pm (Hours Vary)
• Willing to travel to various locations in Bristol.
• Friendly and nurturing qualities.
• Competent behaviour management skills.
• Team Teach or Positive Handling would be preferable.
• Have a patient and caring nature.
• Have a desire to work with children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities.
• Willing to complete CPD training.

Salary

£88.92 to £91 per day

Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:
