Randstad UK is seeking an experienced special educational needs teaching assistant for a school in Slough. The role involves supporting students aged 2–19 with learning disabilities, including PMLD and autism, in small groups and 1:1 settings. The ideal candidate is flexible, kind and patient, with DBS eligibility and relevant experience.

The role requires GCSE English and Maths at 4/C or above and access to transport or a car. DBS updates or willingness to obtain one are essential.

Competenze

• Enhanced DBS check on Update Service (Child and Adult Workforce) or willingness to undergo one.
• 3–6 months of experience working with pupils with severe learning difficulties, disabilities and autism.
• GCSE grades 4/C or above in English and Maths.
• Access to public transport or own vehicle.

Mansioni

We are looking for an experienced special educational needs teaching assistant to join our school in Slough. The position would suit someone who is flexible, adaptable, kind and patient as you'll be working alongside a range of students aged from 2-19 years old with learning disabilities and complex conditions, including PMLD, autism and non-verbal pupils.

You will be providing support to small groups and on a 1:1 basis, building bonds and aiding students in their learning journey.

You Will Need:

• Enhanced DBS check on the Update Service (Child and Adult Workforce only) or willingness to undergo one.
• 3-6 months of experience working alongside pupils with severe learning difficulties, disabilities and autism.
• GCSE grades 4/C or above in English and Maths.
• Access to public transport or own vehicle. ( Local bus routes are available)
