A vibrant and supportive special needs school in Southendis seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team immediately.
We specialise in supporting children with Moderate Learning Difficulties (MLD) and are looking for someone who is committed to helping our students thrive both academically and personally.
Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 3:30pm (temp-to-perm opportunity)
Support students 1:1 or in small groups within the school or college setting
Build meaningful connections to improve engagement, interaction, and attainment
Collaborate with families to create a consistent and supportive learning experience
Receive ongoing training and development in a welcoming team environment
We welcome applicants from a variety of backgrounds, including:
Learning Support Assistants (LSAs)
Teaching Assistants (TAs)
Graduates interested in SEN
Support Workers or Youth Workers
Healthcare Assistants
Or anyone with relevant personal experience in care or education

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
