Job summary

Teaching Personnel is recruiting experienced SEN Teaching Assistants to support pupils across Stamford and surrounding areas through our education supply agency. This role offers day-to-day, short-term, and long-term placements with flexible work around your availability.

Ideal candidates have SEND experience and a caring, resilient approach, with DBS checks and a collaborative mindset to assist teachers with differentiation and inclusive learning environments.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting children or young people with SEND (school or care setting).
• Patient, compassionate, and adaptable approach.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• SEN or TA qualifications advantageous but not essential.
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).

Responsibilities

• Supporting pupils with SEND, including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and learning difficulties.
• Working 1:1 or with small groups.
• Assisting teachers with differentiated learning activities.
• Supporting pupils with emotional, behavioural, or additional learning needs.

Roles Available: Day‑to‑Day Supply | Short‑Term | Long‑Term
Pay: £90–£115 per day (dependent on experience and role)

Are you an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant or someone passionate about supporting children with special educational needs in Stamford?
We are recruiting dedicated, caring, and resilient SEN Teaching Assistants to join our education supply agency, supporting pupils across primary and secondary schools, including specialist and alternative provision settings.
