Aspire People is seeking enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to support pupils across primary, secondary and SEN schools in Peterborough. Immediate start available with flexible day-to-day and long-term placements.

We welcome candidates with Level 2/3 TA qualifications and previous school experience, including work with SEN pupils. The role supports learning, behaviour management and inclusive education across various settings.

Qualifications

• Hold a relevant qualification (e.g. Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant, childcare or related field).
• Comfortable with Personal care.
• Have previous experience working in a school or educational setting.
• Have experience supporting children or young people with SEN.
• Background in childcare, youth work, coaching or mentoring.
• Graduate looking to gain experience in education.

Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic, adaptable and committed Teaching Assistants to work across a range of primary, secondary and SEN (Special Educational Needs) schools in the Peterborough area. This role offers flexibility, allowing candidates to work in the settings they feel most comfortable in.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about supporting children and young people in their education and development.

Key Responsibilities

• Support teachers in delivering lessons and classroom activities
• Work with individuals or small groups of pupils to support learning

Candidate Requirements

We welcome applications from candidates who meet one or more of the following:

• Hold a relevant qualification (e.g. Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant, childcare or related field)
• Comfortable with Personal care.
