SEN Teaching Assistant - Morecambe - Immediate Start
Location: Morecambe (LA4)
Start Date: ASAP
Position: Full-time, Mon-Fri
Salary: £13.75 - £14.50 per hour (dependent on experience)
Contract Type: Temporary (with potential to go permanent)

Teaching Personnel is currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming and supportive primary school in Morecambe. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience working with children with SEND, including autism, ADHD, and speech and language difficulties.
Providing 1:1 and small group support to pupils with additional learning needs
Supporting the class teacher with daily activities and behaviour management
Helping to implement individual education plans (IEPs)
Encouraging inclusion and engagement in all areas of school life
Have previous experience working in a school or SEN setting
Be patient, compassionate, and resilient
Be confident in supporting children with a range of special educational needs
Have a clear DBS registered with the update service (or be willing to apply for one)
Hold relevant qualifications or training (desirable but not essential)
A dedicated consultant to support you throughout your placement

Competitive daily rates paid weekly via PAYE
