Pay Rate: £95.95 - £ 105.36
Hours: 8:30am 3:30pm

Smart Education is currently recruiting for a supportive and experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to work in Redditch, supporting pupils aged 7 to 18 with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.

As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers and support staff to help pupils with SEMH needs access learning and develop social and emotional skills. Your role will involve providing one-to-one and small group support, managing behaviour positively, and helping create a calm, structured environment where students feel safe and understood.
