Make a Difference Supporting Children with SEND – SEN Teaching Assistants Wanted in Maidenhead!

Are you passionate about helping children with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) flourish? Do you want to make a real impact by providing personalised support to young learners? Supply Desk is looking for dedicated SEN Teaching Assistants to join friendly schools in Maidenhead, offering one-to-one support and tailored assistance.

Your Role:

• Support pupils with diverse SEND needs, assisting their learning and personal growth.
• Help deliver individual education plans (IEPs) and customised learning activities.
• Encourage development of key skills, confidence, and independence.
• Work closely with teachers, SENCOs, and support teams to track progress and adjust strategies.
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and calm classroom environment.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience with children who have SEND, including SEMH, autism, or other additional needs, is a bonus but not essential.
• Patience, empathy, and a caring approach to supporting young learners.
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
• Commitment to safeguarding, inclusion, and promoting wellbeing.

Job Details:

• Location: Maidenhead
• Start Date: September 2025
• Pay: Starting from £13 per hour
• Contract: Full-Time or Part-Time
