Location: Mitcham, South London

Pay: £105-£125 per day

Start Date: November 2026

Contract: Full-time, long-term

Milk Education are looking for a caring and committed SEN Teaching Assistant to work in a specialist school in Mitcham. The role involves supporting pupils with additional needs and helping them access learning, build relationships and develop everyday skills.

The Role

• Provide support during lessons, group activities and structured tasks.
• Work individually with pupils where additional guidance is needed.
