Position Details:

• Location: Worcester Park, Surrey
• Role: SEN Teaching Assistant
• Hours: 09 30, Monday to Friday (Term-time only)
• Pay: £84.05 £90 per day (including 12.07% holiday pay)
• Contract: Long-Term / Temp to Perm

What You ll Be Doing:

• Supporting children aged 4 19 with Autism and communication challenges
• Helping students progress both academically and emotionally
• Encouraging confidence, independence, and resilience
• Creating a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment
• Assisting with some personal care, where needed
• Ensuring safeguarding policies are always followed

• Willingness to support personal care if needed
• Commitment to professional development (CPD provided)
• Availability to work full-time and commute to Worcester Park, Surrey
