Key Responsibilities:
Graduates in Psychology, Education, SEN, Social Work, or related fields seeking hands-on experience.
Experienced Teaching Assistants, Youth Workers, or Support Workers with a passion for SEN.
A patient, compassionate, and proactive approach to working with children and young people.
Knowledge or experience of SEN strategies such as PECS, Makaton, Team Teach, or de-escalation techniques (desirable but not essential).
A willingness to learn and participate in ongoing CPD and training.
