Requirements:

  • Experience supporting children or young people with Special Educational Needs (either in a school or care setting)

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • A proactive and flexible attitude towards challenges
  • Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people
  • Minimum Level 2 qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning (or equivalent) is desirable
  • Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
