Are you passionate about supporting young learners with Special Educational Needs (SEN)? We're looking for a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join a friendly and inclusive primary school based in Hassocks, working closely with Key Stage 1 children.
Provide 1:1 and small-group support to pupils with SEN in KS1
Collaborate with class teachers and the SENCO to implement tailored learning strategies
Help create a positive, engaging, and supportive classroom environment
Term-time only, during school hours (work-life balance friendly!)
Experience working with children, especially those with SEN, is desirable
Patient, compassionate, and flexible approach to learning
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Right to work in the UK is essential
Must hold an Enhanced Child Workforce DBS on the Update Service
