Job summary

REESON Education is recruiting a Graduate 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant for a welcoming primary school in Hanwell, West London. You will provide dedicated 1:1 support to a pupil with Special Educational Needs, helping them access learning and develop confidence.

The role offers hands-on experience in a primary setting and the chance to work closely with teachers and the SENCO to tailor support to individual needs. This is a full-time, ASAP-start position.

Qualifications

• The Ideal Graduate holds a degree in Psychology, Education, Sociology, Childhood Studies or related subject.
• Passion for working with children and making a difference.
• Interest in pursuing a career in teaching, educational psychology or SEN.
• Patient, empathetic and enthusiastic with a proactive approach.
• Previous experience with children is beneficial but not essential.
• Available to start ASAP and commit to a full-time position.

You will work closely with a pupil with Special Educational Needs, providing tailored 1:1 support to help them access learning, develop confidence and reach their full potential.
