We are seeking compassionate and committed SEN Teaching Assistants to work in a selection of outstanding specialist schools in Frome.
These nurturing settings support pupils with a range of complex needs, including autism, social communication challenges, sensory processing difficulties, and emotional and behavioural barriers.
Each school provides a safe, therapeutic learning environment where every child is valued and encouraged to achieve personal growth.

What You'll Be Doing
Supporting pupils aged 3-19 in primary and secondary classrooms
Assisting with daily routines, personal development, and learning objectives
Providing 1:1 and small group interventions tailored to individual needs
Promoting a calm, positive learning environment
Working closely with teachers and therapists to deliver inclusive education
What We're Looking For
Experience in SEN, care, or a similar support role
A nurturing, patient and adaptable personality
Ability to manage challenging behaviours with empathy and consistency
A proactive attitude and team-player mindset
