GSL Education are seeking a skilled SEN Teaching Assistant for a school in Fareham. This special school serves children aged 11-16 who face social, emotional, and behavioural difficulties. The SEN Teaching Assistant position is ideal for individuals with experience supporting students with SEN in a school environment or those with a background in working with various SEN needs.

The school emphasises inclusivity, ensuring that every student feels valued, motivated, and empowered to achieve. As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting, challenging, and encouraging students with special needs to excel.

The ideal candidate for this SEN Teaching Assistant position should:

• Have relevant qualifications or experience working with SEN children

• Support the teacher in delivering tailored lessons for SEN students

• Hourly rate - £76.92 to £103.04 per day
