Job summary

Remedy Recruitment Group in Chelmsford is seeking a SEN Teaching Assistant to support a student aged 11-16 with SEN needs. The role runs 8:30am to 4:30pm in school and community settings, with 1:1 support and a focus on emotional regulation and positive routines.

You will build trust, be a positive role model, and help the pupil engage with education and personal development across multiple settings.

• SEN Teaching Assistant required in Chelmsford supporting students aged 11-16 with SEN needs
• SEN Teaching Assistant: 8:30am-4:30pm in Chelmsford
• Pay: £120-£150 per day

Role responsibilities:

• SEN Teaching Assistant allocated to one child with SEN needs (1:1 support)
• SEN Teaching Assistant to build trust, consistency, and positive routines
• SEN Teaching Assistant to support emotional regulation and behaviour management
• SEN Teaching Assistant to encourage engagement in education and personal development
